Our Little Guy

Hello again! Well this is a new month, so therefore a new dedication.

My only little guys b-day is this month,so here are some oh so cute photos! He is a handful, but on most occasions, I wouldn't have it any other way. Born November 12, 2004 @ 2:06 a.m. he is a little pistol of energy, and has a joker smile to boot. He is learning how many times he can say "Uhhhhh Mommy?" in one hour, and how many times he can make his sisters laugh or cry. We love our only little guy! We cannot forget Brennan's and Papa's birthday as well, so in honor of them and how much they mean to us, here are a couple of snapshots for them! We love and miss everyone so much.

Hope everyone had a safe and fun Halloween, of course our little Ironman was a big hit! (I have to admit, he was pretty darn cute!) Due to a mail mishap, his dinosaur costume will have to wait until next year, sorry folks.

We will be thinking about everyone during Thanksgiving. Keep all your posts and comments coming!

For Jim and Brennan, we will be thinking about you guys and wish you a very happy birthday!

Hello everyone! We are finally starting to become settled. Since October is our pumpkin's birthday, I am dedicating this blog to her. Hailey Lynn Sobek born October 29, 2000. Weighing in at 7lbs. 9 oz. at 5:04a.m. She is turning eight this month! I thought it would be a cool idea if I put some pictures of her up and see if you guys can guess which order they go in! Some are easy and some will be harder than you think! She is starting school on Monday, and it is called Hale Kula Elementary School. It is bright blue (kind of hard to miss) and has 5 3rd grade classrooms. She is a little disapppointed about the fact that there are no playgrounds for the upper grades, so she will have to learn how to play handball, jump rope, basketball, etc. She is looking forward to High School Musical 3 coming out, and wants to see it for her birthday! We miss everyone terribly, and hope everyone is loving your cold weather that I am envious of!

For anyone of you who watch thursday night T.V. this is a question for you. Who is Joe the Plummer?? Can Dwight really call himself an expert on babies? Oh! and F.Y. in your eye, Kath and Kim is too predictable.
ALOHA!
We have finally arrived to our first duty station on the "gathering isle" of Oahu. We had quite a wild time on arrival with three sick kids (all the young ones). All is not so bad anymore. Hailey, Josh, and David have become regulars at the Ko'olina beach lagoons on the west end of the island. They are beautiful. The water is perfect and very relaxing. We also just found a house at the Schofield Barracks. We're in the middle of the island and less than 30 minutes from most everything.

David also took all four kids up to the north shore to waimea bay. It was intense and Josh almost got washed out sea if it was not for the help of a nice lady who grabbed him at the last second. Josh's pride was hurt a little and he pouted but the next day he asked about the lady who helped him, so I know he appreciated her help.
Mahalos!
